Why I Go For D&D Body Shop

I admit: I am a bit of a neat freak. Some of my friends even consider it borderline obsessive-compulsive, because I really want all my things to be orderly and clean. I don’t switch lights five times or avoid stepping on lines when I walk on the street, but when it comes to my personal belongings, I go nuts when I see creases in my books, dust on my desk, or dirt in things I own. My parents (well, I’m still 18) and friends can attest to how I lose it when I see even just fingerprints smudging my things that have glass parts.

So, imagine one day, when out of nowhere, I saw a dent at the roof of my car where I parked it. Yes, at the roof! I was in a state of absolute shock! How could my peacefully parked car have a dent on, of all places, its roof? Surely, no car would have hit it there, right smack in the area on top of the passenger’s seat. Upon closer inspection moments later, my friend saw this huge branch the size of a baseball bat, only heavier, beside the door. Was I crestfallen! I specifically parked my car there because it was shady and looked safe. Now, it seemed that I have become a victim of my own judgement.

So, what shall I do now? I definitely did not want my parents to know that I have already damaged my car, which was the one thing they expected from me to do. But then, did I really have a choice? I had some money set aside for the music deck to be installed with an iPod dock, but I wouldn’t know if that would be enough to cover the possible repair. I certainly have no claims with insurance, because the damage is rather cosmetic and would not be covered since there was no major collision repair needed.

So, with a heavy heart, I went home and explained to my parents what happened. I was so relieved my dad understood everything and didn’t think I was just covering some screw up I did (but seriously, it would be difficult to make up a story about a dent on the roof of a car and yes, I brought the problem branch home with me for evidence, just in case). My dad was happy to accompany me to North Amphlett Boulevard in San Mateo to somewhere called D&D Body Shop. Not being into cars to the point of appreciating the difference between this facility and the neighborhood hole-in-the-wall body shop, I allowed myself to be guided in the finer points of what makes a collision repair center a must-choose. I-CAR Gold certified technicians, check. Spacious facilities, check. Top-notch equipment, check. Knowledge of repair any car model of any year, check.

So, now that I have information on the kind of repair my car needs, I just cannot settle for just any shop anymore. D&D Body Shop, it is, for any of my car’s repair needs, because I’m sure it (and I) deserves nothing less.
