D&D Body Shop From a First-time Car Owner

As someone who got my car on my 18th birthday, I had an earful when it came to my parents reminding me to take care of my car, that having a car is a huge responsibility, that this is perhaps the biggest present they can give me so far (good luck to me and my student loans for college). So yes, I know how that I should be pretty careful with my car, or no one’s going to help me, including my parents, in case I get careless. I guess it all comes with being an adult – being responsible with a lot of things, including in this instance, the gift of a vehicle.

Having my own car and passing my drivers’ test opened a whole new world for me. How I marvelled at the freedom of driving my friends to wherever we wanted to go without having a chaperone or our parents to drop us off or pick us up.   There’s that absolute thrill of being at the steering wheel, enjoying the breeze (well, that’s a stretch since I don’t have the top down, but rolling down the windows is always a good idea) and having control of what music to listen to!

It was an event then when my parents gave me my first car on my birthday, only a month after my graduation. I would be using the car when I move to another state! I am just imagining all the things I would do to it when I suddenly heard a low thud while I was backing up. Could it be? I swear everything happened so fast that I just stopped the car, and looked behind to see what happened. And just like that, I saw the sad plight of my right step bumpers, the right side of it smashed against a post. I did not even notice that post was there. Well, it has been there my whole life, but why does it have to smash against my car that day?

Well, I would definitely not want to be seen driving around town with a dented vehicle. Sure, people may not notice it, but I would be out of my head bothered about that dent that I might further endanger myself because I couldn’t focus on driving. I had to have that huge smashed portion repaired soon or I may not even eat or sleep!

So, I just had to find a solution the only way I know how: Doing a quick search through the Internet. I typed in car restoration San Mateo. I would like to have my car look as good as new ASAP and would want the nearest body shop that provides excellent service. As far as I’m concerned, money’s no object, as long as my car gets restored in its original look and, for my own sake, feel the soonest time possible.

The results did not impress me. There were shops that only specialized in windshieldrepair only, or charge exorbitant amounts, or display shoddy facilities. Good thing I discovered D&D Body Shop on North Amphlett Boulevard. Just looking at their website alone made me choose them because it has all the information I need. They have a sprawling facility filled with the bestequipment for body repair of whatever car model. They have the best technicians with I-CAR Gold certification, they have solid testimonials from their customers, and the warranty they present to everyone hiring their services is a testament to how confident they are of what they offer.

So, next time you need a restoration facility that really delivers with speed and value in the San Mateo area, do try D&D Body Shop, and like me, be one of their more than satisfied customers.
